I had exactly the same problem all the time last week with my own tree and am still getting it with a couple of my shared trees. My computer is fully up to date so I did query it with GR. They are denying there is a problem. The problem trees do load eventually (several cups of tea later!) but it is much less hassle to simply use the older tree program. I sincerely hope that GR take the issue seriously before they remove the older tree program as otherwise an awful lot of us are going to be left unable to access trees. |

When I try to look at trees it gives me a message that the script in the movie is slowing down my computer (or rather my husband's computer that he never gets the chance to have a turn on!) and will shortly make it unresponsive. Then it becomes unresponsive and I have to close it down and start again. The old tree format still works fine. Thanks Abigail |
