grandmother birth not registered

hi know my grandmother was born florence lily farnworth in 1926 in bolton my grandfather told me her mothers maiden name was morton on birth reg can only find 1 florence farnworth and the maiden name of the birth mother was robinson at a lose what to do now if u can help in anyway please get in touch thanks cat.

could Morton been a 1st marriage name? as then it would be right have you looked in the 1st 1/4 of 1927 in case registered late? Jeanette

could also be your grandfather has got it wrong. if it was me I would send for cert I have looked and can't see any other Jeanette

hi found the birth reg in 1/4 1927 nothing in 1926 for the correct time of year dont know whether it was first marriage or not and dont know how to go about finding out

my grandfather seemed pretty sure it was something morton florence i think and that her father was harold farnworth

didnt think of that i ask around and find out if anyone knows were it is unfortunatly my grandfather throw alot of important papers away

is surname Farnworth or Farnsworth? as 1925 1st 1/4 Florence Farnsworth MMN Morson Basford 7b 306 no middle name though

Catherine I think these are the parents of the Florence you found in 1927... Harry Farnworth married Lizzie Robinson in the June quarter 1926 in Bolton ref no:8c-655. Georgina.
