Hi Jim & Janet, Thanks for you reply, My g grandfather John Darlington was born 7th Nov 1855 Sutton St Helens , His mother Mary Darlington / Tabron, William Darlington was Mary's first husband and died in 1853. Mary's second marriage to a Joseph Birchall took place 6/7 wks after John was born I have looked at the St Helens churches for his baptisim without success , and was wondering if he was infact Baptised in Warrington, as William and Mary were married in St Pauls I have also looked in the Latterday Saints IGI . Just though I would ask to see if anyone could point me in the direction of the Warrington lists. I have also been to Hugh Wallis site. Thanks Margaret
