I think it states Old Church and you will see that church if you click on S for St.Pancras in the London List. Irene |

Franks birth and baptism is on IGI he was baptised 05.06.1858. Check that the church he was baptised in is the same church his parents married. Irene |

On the census his father is a printer and they live Caledonian Rd is his father a printer on his birth cert. Irene |

Perhaps you have the wrong birth certificate or wrong marriage certificate. There could be another William Knott married to a Frances Spriggs. Kath. x |

Looking at their Marriage cert in 1854 states William knott married a Frances Cash by banns in Bermondsey Surrey, says they were bachelor and spinster, he was a mariner father Thomas , following that family you get me.. so it is def Frances Suggestions please? |

Could Frances have been married before? Maiden name Spriggs, first married name Cash, so married William as Cash, and just didn't give her former married name on the birth certificate of Frank. Sorry don't know the London area. Kath. x |

Ok, I have the Knott family. William b1829 born Westminster, wife Frances 1834, according to marriage cert is Cash b Southwark, both married had son Frank (cert I got today) dob 11 May 1858 26 Bidbargugh? St Pancras...so born at home, Problem I have is under name of Mother has Frances knott formerly Spriggs!!! But gives every indication that this is still my family, but...What?????? Thought it was Cash.... Anyone got any idea where that address was, any idea how I find out Opinions greatly appreciated Thanks |
