Hi Judy Some of my relations moved to Newark, Essex, New Jersey in 1854, they were Charles and Sarah Hastings plus son Frank a daughter Emma was born in Newark c1854. I have information that tells me there whereabouts in 1860 and 1870 still in Newark. Then nothing until 1880 when a Frank Hastings appears as a PRISONER in Camp Bowie, Pima, Arizona. At last my question can you tellme how I can find out why he was in Prison, are such records available to public view? Regards, Ken Hastings, Papakura, New Zealand. nudge |
