how do I print off....

Cath when I highlight and copy and then go into word, the paste function is shadowed out. I have just printed them off, but it's taken three pages and done the whole thread.

Don't know why that has happened. It's how I copy things, because, as you say, if you try to print from the thread it prints everything. Kath. x

Make sure you have opened your word page first, then copy and paste. If you copy first and then open word the'paste' is shadowed and wont work

Try right clicking then select paste.

Are you selecting edit and copy here and then edit and paste on the task bar of the WORD doc you've opened? Jay
