can someone please tell me how I show someone my family tree? Do they have to ask me first? Sue

If you send them a message as a result of a person match, there is a box at the bottom with the 'show my tree' box ticked. You have to untick it if you don't want to show them your tree. Be very wary about showing your tree to people you don't know. Some people just harvest names and don't help you in return. I've found the best way is to share tit-bits of info. until you're certain there's a link. You are not obliged to show anyone anything. J
