Can anyone tell me where to look for a death at Sea of a Merchant Seaman - the death was in the last 20 years!!

I would think 1837online...........I'm assuming he was English/Welsh............ Reg

Did he die at sea or at home? If he was on land, then his death will be in the normal index which is free to search on Ancestry, at this address:- http://content.ancestry(.)co.uk/iexec/?htx=List&dbid=8966&offerid=0%3a7858%3a0 remove brackets. Kath. x

Thanks Reg - took a look but they only go to 1983 - he died after that any other ideas

What was the name? And do you know when he was born? Reg

Hi Kath He died at sea went down with his ship not sure where or when but was in the last 20 years
