Hi Suz I have the birth cert as it is my father,and we have never known if he was officially adopted,or just given to a family but i will search on..thank's for the help Sandra

I don't think adoption became an official function until much later...........some time in the 1920's. Reg

Hi all,is there anyone out ther who would know where to look for adoption record's in southwales the year would be 1914 ish....Many Many Thank's Sandra..clocking off for a few hour's.back later to pick up any messages..i am sure someone out there kno's the answer...lol
