Hi I have sent a letter to them to get the records of my father. I know snail mail will take up to 10 day to get from here to Innsworth, but how long do they take to send the appropate forms back to apply?? I have been waiting 1 month it seems a long time. Has anyone any advise and help please Regards Sheila

I have exactly same. I believe that it could take up to 3 months before you get a reply - they got 6 months before my cheque becomes history in any case - and they haven't cashed that yet.

I sent them a letter from Brisbane 30th March 2006 and received forms and a reply dated 20th April and it took about 7 days snail mail.
