Help please. Cannot view my tree.

I have been a member of Genes for 3 years and never had a problem viewing my tree. I can view every other section of Genes, but not my tree! I am waiting for a 2nd reply from the Genes Support team, the first did not help. Is any other member having this problem. Kindest regards, Denise |

Hi Denise - yes I also have the same problem. Did manage to access it last night after trying all day, but today I'm back to square one. Have emailed the support team of GR, the best they could come up with was to suggest I disable my antivirus but I feel this would be a stupid thing to do so have contacted them again and awaiting their reply. Mind you with all the complaints flying around on various boards I feel they must be inundated with emails, and most people are having problems with the site of one sort or another |
