I haven't accessed by tree for a week or so and yesterday when I tried to the link wouldn't work - has anyone had the same problem? I have checked my Internet security settings and even turned my Pop-up Blocker to OFF but the link still won't work. I can access my shared trees. Any suggestions would be appreciated, Annette |

I just tried my tree and it works okay. It looks like GR have given them a new look, much easier to read, maybe thats where the problem is in the switch over. Regards Caroline |

Hi Annette Try going to your tree and click on Change View at the top of the screen. Click on Immediate Family. I found if you have a lot of people in your tree it takes along time to load. Change View/Immediate Family bring it up straight away. Lee |

Thanks to Caroline & Lee for your help. FOR ANYONE WHO HAS THE SAME PROBLEM: Hold down the Ctrl key and then click on My Family Tree which solves the problem. Thanks to Andy for this advice. |
