Have you noticed that the name search no longer shows the name of the tree owner alongside? I'm not sure if this is helpful or not, what do you think? Heather

I completely agree with you. I have just sent a complaint. What with the New Tree, My Tree Matches and now Names Search, I am thoroughly fed up with the site this week. Has anything else been changed? Keith

I agree with Gillian. I was just about to complain on the same aspect. Also I was going to suggest that the tree owner's full name should be there not just the first name, as even after a few months I have several duplicate first names & am sure those of you have been doing this for years must have many duplicates. Finally whenever there are multiple pages of names (except inbox/sent msgs) can we please have them listed by letter of the alphabet, where that letter is the Last name, not the first name.

I'm finding the search difficult too. Where as before you could see at a glance who you were contacting. I also don't like the subject box, where it just says RE and you have to type the name of the person. If I'm sending quite a few messages, by the time I've opened the box, I sometimes forget who I'm enquiring after! It was much easier before they started altering things. Carole

Name search completely threw me yesterday. It is more helpful having the name of the person whose tree it is, this way you do not have a clue whether it is going to be helpful or not. I also had trouble finding certain names. In one case I put in a name which was on my tree and it came up with no match! Not happy with the change at all. The new tree would not be so bad if the type was clearer! (Or perhaps it is my eye sight).

I can still see the tree owners name on mine but Im not crazy about the new system.
