I have found the following family on the 1881c in Liverpool, James Cosgrove, Widow, 56 years, born in Ireland Peter Cosgrove, son, 18years, born Regent St Liverpool Mary Cosgrove, daughter, 16 years, born Regent St Liverpool I have spent the last 2 hours looking for them on the 1871c and cant find them. Please could someone have a look to see if they can find them. Jayne

Hi Ozibird If you look back on the tips board you will see how this family has given me a headache ha ha. I have tried everything I can think of to try and find them on the 1871c. They are just not there. I have an adress for 1862 so I am going to try an address search on the 1861c. This will probably take me all week. Thankyou for trying Jayne

The reason I asked about his wife, was that I wondered whether she was Irish? If so, and she died in early 1871, the family might have been over there for the funeral, if she had wanted to be buried in her native country. Speculation, of course............. Reg
