On the new family tree I can access my own but whenever I want to look at someone else who's permission I have it comes up MACROMEDIA FLASHPLAYER - you either do not have it or an old version. What exactly is it and is it difficult to download? If it means altering settings and things techie then I 'm at a loss!!!! |

I don't know what it is either but you can view the old tree by clicking on shared trees click on any of those and it brings you to the old format..I am going out now hope it works for you Regards Hannah |

Macromedia is just a program that allows you view different thing on the internet (like the tree) It's really easy & quick to download (from http://www.adobe(.)com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&promoid=BIOW) |

Yes Hannah thanks. I can do that. Louise - it still sounds incredibly complicated!! Will give it a try when I've more time. It says you can download it from the new tree site but I think they must be on strike today as nothing happens!!!! |
