Sharon, Precept i think means...'forward planning' as in setting a financial precept for the forthcoming financial year. Kathlyn |

I found out this.......................... A precept is a warrant for the arrest of a person to appear in court, some are VERY large but most are about 13 inches by 3 inches. Now I need to find our what he had done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My 1st bit of gossip on my family history journey |
