Hi John followed your advice but all I get is 'Send data to flash viewer' its been doing that for over 20 mins is that normal - all I can say is thank goodness I exported my tree last weekend after buying a computer package!!

If you put your tree up at the top of the page it says change view if you put your curser on this a small menu drops down move your curser down to the one that says full tree and left click your full tree comes up and on the left the option to print Hope this helps John

Ruth Scott why mend somethiing that isn`t broken? If I had known you were going to change genes I woulldn`t have paid my £10

Your home page lists the number of individuals ( a head count, if you like) The tree total is the number of names.......so if names are duplicated, they are counted as one. Hope this helps Reg

Ann, you can have some of mine lol, home page shows 918, approx 10 more than I loaded!!

Hi, I have been away and have come back to find they have changed the format for My family tree. I had just got used to the other one. When you get old, like me, change is confusing. Only just got my head round decimal coinage...... According to my home page I have 102 on my tree, on the new one I have 99. Where have my three family members gone? Had enough trouble finding them in the first place. Ann
