Christine, bear in mind that 'of Kilmersdon' only means that is where he was living at the time when he got married, not necessarily where he was born. Kate. |

not sure, but look though all records for Kilmersdon, all that came up was stephen penny was christend parents were Edumd penny and mary ?, ut didnt take much notice as it wasnt the name i was looking for chris |

on the banns that i saw at the RO states Robert Penny of Kilmersdon, but myself and 2 people who work there could find on trace of him, chris |

yes found that one but he should be from Somerset as thats where my Pennys seem to be from (about 4 gens) chris |

This is what I know Robert Penny married Anne Horler on 21st sept 1795 in Radstock Somerset,seen marriage certs and banns at Trauton RO, they had at least 4 children:- Martha b 1796 Radstock Robert b 1798 Radstock John b 1799 Radstock William b 1804 Radstock Robert was b 1764, but do not know where, and his marriage was witness by church clerks, so no parents details. you are my last hope Chris |
