I ordered my certificate over the phone at Southport last Friday (6th October). I gave them 3 references to check. I rang them this morning to ask when it would be despatched, the lady on the phone said that it hadn't gone out yet. I went to the shop and when I came back my certificate had been posted through my door. I can't figure them out. Jayne |

I know Val, thats what I thought, especially when I realised it was the right one. I havent had a correct certificate for months. I cant find the other thread about certificates being late, I was woundering if they had ordered online? If so, maybe Im getting them a bit faster because Im ordering them over the phone. Jayne |
