trying to export tree

Anna, I just exported my tree yesterday, I too thought it was taking ages, after 5mins I pressed the 'reset' button and it said 'normal' status, I then checked my e-mail and it had been sent already, hope this helps Tricia

If you mean export to get the tree from GR back to your PC then all that happens when you click is you send a message to GR. They will send you a gedcom to your nominated home email address, hopefully within 24 hours.

I'm waiting for my tree to be exported and it's taking ages. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Do you think it's something to do with them re-jigging the site? Anna
