I have had no success in tracing the marriage of my biological parents. Even though I have virtually no information, I thought it would just be a matter of combing the records. I do know that they were married. The marriage was between John Clement Minto and Elsie Affleck and took place in the 1940's in County Durham, probably in the Chester le Street area. They were both born around 1920 - again probably in County Durham and are both now deceased. Because I was taken into care at a very early age, I have so little real information and I don't know any elder members of the family. I need this information to help me trace older members of the family who may be able to help me find my two missing brothers. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks Doreen |
