You have to tick all of the Don't show me these again boxes and click save, It drives me mad!

I don't think you can, but you can do one page at a time, just go down putting a tick in the box which says, don't show me this again, then click save on the bottom of the page, That page will then disappear Linda

Thanks Ladies . I tried that, and they popped up on an other page I think that it is quite useless regards Sheila

Hi Sheila I'd love to get rid of mine too - but they disappear to 'ignore List' (thinks that the name). Sure if we were able to - it would free lot of space and make site go quicker Liz

A better way to get rid of Hot Matches is to click on the '4 View' (or how ever many) under 'Hot Matches with my tree', on the first page, then on next page it gives option of sending a message or 'Discard Match' If you choose 'Discard Match' it gets rid of them forever. Jennie

I think Discard Match and ticking the Do not show again box works the same way - moving the contact to the ignore list. I have tried, but can't find any way of removing the match altogether. If Hot Matches aren't for you ythen just ignore altogether and stick with manual searching. Thats how I prefer to work and but Hot Matches does just occassionaly turn up a contact I have not come across before.
