I seem to be receiving personal mail with no text, just the person's name and subject title. This has happened quite a few times now. Has anyone else been getting this or does anyone know if there are issues with the mail? Thanks Jan

I have also had the same. Blank replies. I took it to imply that there was no connection to the family/person being asked about... probably a wrong assumption.

Researching:

Have just been told that a pm I sent yesterday evening has arrived with no text. Really irritating as I didn't feel the need to keep a copy and it was quite detailed! Lizzie

Hi Lizzie I was kinda hoping that those rude automated messages had went defunct or like Raymond it was a definte no to the enquiry. From your reply, it would appear not. Wonder how many people have had blank mails from us? And where are they going? Jan

I've also just received a blank message. So frustrating, as now I have to ask my contact to re-send, so guess who's gonna feel like an idiot. Gggrrrrrr, wish GR would get their act together and sort out their technical problems for once and all. This has being going on for a well now.
