Jeanette Can you block them? MSN allows you to mark messages as Junk - you still get them but in the Junk folder so they don't clog up your in box Elly

from another source...........an explaination DON'T PANIC. The origional e.mail was from Rod Neep of Archive CD's. He sent e.mails to EVERYONE who had ever made contact. Someone sent him one back asking to be removed from the mailing list BUT FORGOT to take everyone else's address off the reply, so the e.mail s circulating the world numerous times over. All you do is DELETE THEM or BLOCK SENDER and then DELETE. His e.mail address has been hijacked.

So glad to find this thread. I went to my e-mails today and found loads - I was worrying that I had inadvertently done something wrong! nell

Try this - I did after my in-box was awash with them: 1. Click on Tools in toolbar. 2. Choose 'message rules' in dropdown menu. 3. Make a rule to delete all e-mails with 'archives CD' in the subject heading. nell

Oooooh - I wish I had logged on here first - I had one of these emails in my aol inbox when I logged on and was so confused by it all - I sent a reply saying 'Have never had contact with you so no idea why you are emailing me - please remove my name from your address book...' Well...now I've read this thread it all makes sense. I shall see if I can put a block on that email address (not sure if you can with aol) - thanks.
