Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 1,501 Send Message	hot matches are not exact, they just match name and year of birth, so they could be miles off!! also if someone uploads a new tree in between GR releasing hot matches then the hot match isnt there when the person clicks on it, GR isnt that fast to update!

Member Since: June 2004 Posts: 88 Send Message	I've often clicked on hot mismatches to be told the person's page cannot be found. I emailed one guy who agreed with me that we did not have eight matches. Its a completely flawed service.
