help please cant find birth or marriage

Have nans Uncle Bill who we are let to believe is Charles William Andrews. would of been registered in Romford area they lived in Chadwell Heath. Siblings births are 1887.1889,1890,1893,1896,1899,1903 and 1905. Nan is sure he isn't the youngest so that puts him about 1901. Have been told he married a Dora ? when is anyones guess lol. Any help on birth would be great I'm goinf cross eyes looking through Andrews births. |

No thought we had him but death cert isn't his. Know he lived in London when he died |

Are they the same family on 1901 where the older children were born New Sampford Essex? Elton |

The older few are New Sampford and last few on their are Chadwell Heath, father is down as Howard but is actiually Steward |
