Have you downloaded the plugin for DJVU I had problems and lost 12 units trying to access the census pages, I emailed 1837 support but didn't find them very helpful. Yesterday i tried again and it was working. |

Dotty, to view images on 1837 on line you need the Djvu viewer, have you tried downloading/viewing it from there?(its the same program) Bob |

I have read all the messages about the DJVU hoping there might be one like mine but none. just had another go went onto 192 got as far as click shift or return key which I did it then disappeared and the box with the message came up again so I haven't got a clue what to do just hoping someone will come along with some help thanks Dotty. |

Sorry its so long Well ive had enough been at this on and off for two days went onto 192 directories for some info bought credits wish I hadent now, downloaded lizard DJVU went to view, went to and clicked on the small box to download page that disappeared and a box came up with DJVU internal error an error occurred in NPP write (.) the usual cause is a corrupt file or an unresponsive web server please inform the content provider and or refresh your web browser tried to refresh, nothing read the NPP write info ive know idea what to do with that uninstalled DJVU from 192 then downloaded from 1837 still the same I have emaild 1837 and 192 any help please Dotty |
