first thing ti try is 1901 for MAria IF this is her then there is another Dayton in the household..Are they connected. I know it doesn't help with ZWGD ! Hi All. Anthea has sent me a message saying that Z W G Dayton was born Liverpool on the 1881 census he is back in London with the family. He married Maria Hatlemore in Hackney in 1901. Can anyone help, I have to feed the family but will be back later, Ta All, Joan We can't find him on the 1891 (to be sure) or the 1901. his occ when he married was telegraphist I think.

Anthea, I have found a Zacharia Dayton aged 19 on the 1891 b St Mary's Islington. He is a butcher and is boarding. What is his occupation on the marriage cert ? Do you have him on the 1901 census ? Joan

Help Zacharia William Greaves Dayton is on the 1881 census age 9, but cant find him on the 1891 census,but he got married 27th May 1901in Hackney. Where oh where did he go? Even more frustrated of flaunden
