It could be FF that's the problem. I've encountered several websites that won't play ball in FF but will in IE. Not been able to work out why yet for definite but java looks a likely culprit.

Georgina... I'm viewing the BMD records. Reg... Thanks, but can't see any tools whatsoever. Still having the same problems. 1. Fill in details of person to find. 2. View results. 3. Screen comes up with a shot of the records. but no tools to view/enlarge/zoom... and if I try to print out the page it just comes out blank. I've downloaded the latest version of Acrobat (as suggested by staff on here). I've enabled pop-ups and internet security is 'medium' as suggested. I am using an e-Mac OSX 10.3.9 and running on Firefox.... Anyone help before I give up completely? Thanks, Lorraine

At the top of every page of bmd's there is a zoom facility........it's a + sign at the left hand side.......next to the 'drag' sign (a hand). Hope this helps Reg

When I call up the records for any given search on the screen they are tiny. I can't read them. I can't find anywhere to zoom and read the records. I have tried printing the page out which contains the records, but it comes out blank! I am running Firefox on Mac OSX.... and I am a computer novice... any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.... ....before I run out of credits!!!! Thank you
