You running Windows XP Debra? If so try doing a System Restore. Restore your PC back to a time when you know FTM2006 was running (a couple of days ago maybe) It sounds like a hiccup in the software ( either registry or a .dll file has corrupted) XXX Sioux |

Have you tried googling it. Or do a virus check as i think it may be a bug. If not then perhaps a windows restore may do it. But it does look like a virus infection.from googling for info on it. Shirley |

I am having problems with my PC. When I try to open FTM2006 or my back up CD the message not a valid win32 application appears. Does anyone know what this mean. When I start my PC often a black box appears with C:/windows32. All appreciated as I am hopeless with the technical side of my computer and my husband out today and I really wanted to get on with some research. Problem now fixed and have installed Norton Security so hopefully no mor problems. Many thanks for help given.Sorry I did not reply sooner but PC was out of use until a neighbour fixed it. Debbie |
