Some of you may already know this, but I've just stumbled across it purely by chance. If you go into Google and type in for example as I just did: Darlington+war+memorial and select images, it not only brings up photographs, but in some cases when you click on the photos, you get rolls of honour and all kinds of other useful pictures and info. I've tried it with Suffolk, Surrey, Manchester, Kent with varying degrees of success. It seems to work on counties or towns if the information is already there. Denise |

All the Bedfordshire war memorials are on the net somewhere as well. I've found them very useful. Commonwealth War Graves Commission is the best though. Bags of info. Sheila |
