I am looking for an Aaron Hampson b 1859, In the 1881 census, found him living in Sheffield, I was wondering if he moved to Scotland for I found a birth for an Aaron Hampson born 1889 , Scotland, but he was living with William Hampson who I think is the brother of Aaron Hampson b. 1859 I really am having a hard time finding him. If his name is listed then I will pay to go on the site but it is proving to be costly looking on other sites trying to find him. Appreciate any advise or help

Yes Georgina this is my Aaron in the 1861 census. I found him in the 1881 census and he had married Elizabeth McCarthy but after that I just can't find them. The other Aaron Hampson born 1889 I found on the 1901 census living in Sheffield stated as being son of William Hampson born in Scotland so I was wondering if this Aaron could be the son of Aaron & Elizabeth but I did find an Aaron Hampson born 1888 in Sheffield. Sorry if I have confused you but I really want to know if Aaron & Elizabeth went to Scotland to live. I've tried everywhere to find them in other countries. Many thanks John

Thanks for your help Georgina. The Aaron you found in the 1891 & 1901 census is a relative. His father William is the brother of my Great Grandad Richard. What confused me is that Aaron born 1889 stated as being born in Scotland and Sheffield. I have had a reply from someone in Australia & Canada regarding Aaron Hampson born 1859, is not listed anywhere these countries. I find it so strange that he can't be found not even a death. John
