Can ayone give me some advice? I am visiting Ireland next month to do some family research, but eveything I have read about sources and where to start, seems to be about the nineteenth century. My mother was born in 1946 in Cashel,Tipperary and I have birth certificates for her parents but no other info. I was under the impression that no records are available to look at for the public as they belong to the Catholic Church, but maybe I'm wrong. Can anyone help? |
