Hi Jayne, I found the above family by pure luck. I entered the surname Collins & Liverpool into the search box on the 1901 census on Ancestry and then just checked random names, they were about the 4th family I looked at but there could be more on Edmund Street. This is the reference that will get you to Edmund Street on the 1901 census. RG13; Piece: 3413; Folio: 122; Page: 14. Georgina. |

Wow. Thankyou. That didnt cost you any credits did it? If it did please let me know and I will happily refund any cost. The information you found for me makes some sense. Mary Ellen Cosgrove married a William Collins. His address is down as Earle Street. I havent started to do the Collins yet so I am not sure how they fit in. Thankyou again. Can you tell me how you did a street look up please and then maybe I could have another try for Earle Street. Jayne |

Hi, on oficial 1901 site if you enter just edmund in street name and liverpool in area box it comes up with 59 hits. Suzane Unfortunately I dont have credits to look at results |

I have just had another idea re:- Cosgroves. On her marriage certificate it has her address as, Edmund Street. This is more than likely in Liverpool as that is were the marriage took place in 1905. I tried looking on the 1901c but it kept saying street not found. Can anyone take a look on there or on a trade directory please and see if there are any Cosgroves, Collins or Campbells. Please!
