Very disappointed with hot matches this time :o(

Having seen a previous thread on how to get more hot matches, by taking out those close members with many matches, I done this and whittled it right down to just a few - it still bought the same ones up, and I had less than a dozen new possible matches. I'd got all excited about having loads of new ones, and about finally getting further down the alphabet - then nothing. Five for one person (after it had given me loads for people I had told it to disregard) and then it stops :'o( I'm not a happy bunny !

I've given up checking my hot matches, I got sick of wading through 5 pages for possibly 1 potential match. So I switched them 'Off'. If someone contacts me, then I will check it out but I don't look at my own anymore as I was getting the same useless Ann (UNKNOWN)'s all the time! Sam x

8 pages of Elizabeth and William Smiths added since the last Hotmatches. I found that of these approximately 1 in 5 no longer exists. SO WHY THE HELL ARE THEY STILL TELLING ME ABOUT THEM! (Or have they gone today 'cos they're in dispair over their own Hotmatch count)

Gerry, I had 4 pages of Anne Smith, then BANG one match with James Gale, and I was rolling, it has opened up the brick-wall that had been blocking me since May, so as bad as they can seem, there could be one GOOD one right in the middle. Annette in OZ

Janet, they still tell you about them because it takes a long time to run the hot matches program, so you get your matches through quite a long time after the match was done. And even longer by the time you get round to looking through them all! It's a pain, isn't it? Kate.
