Ntl Broadband is supplied via cable and not your phone line so the answer is No.

hi ya, i used to work for NTL in their outbound sales dept, and yes you should be able to keep broadband with out the phone. The broad band is not connected to a phone line. Our job was to up grade people to using Ntl for all three however many people had only BB without any other services from NTL. But you could always give them a call and check their # is 08454540000 or BB support is 08712251111. Hope this helps Julie
