I have looked everywhere to find an Aaron Hampson and wife Elizabeth, in 1881 living in Sheffield. Since then unable to find them anywhere, looked in Immigration for Canada & USA without any result. Someone tried an Australian site for me, nothing. Can anyone help me in any other direction

They are probably mistranscribed. Have you tried variants for Hampson - ie Ampson, Hamson, etc, or looking for Aaron with just his birthplace and age? Have you tried Freebmd for deaths or seen if they are around in 1891? Because you can't find them, it doesn't mean they aren't there or that they emigrated.
