As there are three postings with that title on here today I thought I'd add one of my own! ;-)

Nice one Paul!! I noticed the three threads this morning and someone suggested deleting two but I guess Ann hasn't bothered to read her thread. Dawn, this site has changed and there are so many people asking for help and they either don't say thanks or they don't bother checking their thread. Jennie

Hi All, Please don't be too hasty to judge. It took me a little while to work out how this site worked and where my messages kept disappearing when I first joined. Since GR is open to all, it is inevitable that new members will no doubt ask many of the same questions and make many of the initial mistakes we made. Bye Paul

Paul I agree all sites take some getting used to but is it asking too much for newbies to read the help/FAQs on the green strip down the left-hand side. Some people seem to jump in with both feet without trying to get an idea of how this site works. When I joined I kept reading and learning and it was a few months before I added a thread. I am so grateful to the people who used to be on these boards (and a few who are still left) and after reading so much I found out how to use the message boards and made sure I always said thank you. I and many other people spend lots of time searching for info for others and to have it ignored makes it seem worthless at times. Jennie
