Still searching for my full sister birth name Jennifer Ann, 61 today. We were both born in Woking Maternity Hospital, our mother lived in Bisley. We were adopted separately. If anyone knows their mother or grandmother, or aunt or cousin has a birthday today, and had been adopted. Please get in touch, it could be my sister. Eileen |

Eileen How sad you must be knowing you have a sister out there somewhere. I cannot imagine what it must be like. I can never understand how people could not see the harm done in sending siblings to live in different families and not letting them keep in touch. Good Luck with your search, Jennie |

Thanks for your message Jennie - I think that separating siblings still happens, hopefully they are told where eachother has been sent, and are helped to keep in touch. I did not find out that I had a full sister until I was in my twenties - a while ago now - although I always knew I had 'halves'. I keep posting on here in hope. Eileen |
