Very few Irish records are online. Parish records are on www.familysearch.org (free) or on www.familyhistoryonline.net (payperview - check the county databases to see if they have coverage of the areas and dates you want). After that, you have to switch off your computer and go out! You can order film of parish registers at your nearest LDS centre, or go to the relevant county records office/local history centre. If you are within travelling distance of London you can go to the central LDS centre opposite the Science Museum or to the Society of Genealogists' library, which charges. check their websites to see if they hold what you want. Alternatively, you MIGHT be lucky and find an online parish clerk - try googling.
