Forgive me if you already know this! I've just come across an interesting site at www.ancestral-villages(.)co(.)uk (remove brackets first!) It looks a fairly new site but I think it could build into something interesting if enough people add their ancestors to it. It would certainly help buiild up a picture of your ancestral village. hi chris i joined this site about 2years ago.it was just stating then there werent many people on it. by coincidence i was browsing it yesterday and thought to myself that i better carry on adding my info lol will do it later i think while hubby is watching stargate:( susie |

Yes, Have just had a look. Seems pretty good and I've added a few names to it. Will only be good though if more people and stuff to it. Someone has added a distant relative of mine, but hasn't added their own e-mail address so I can't contact them!! |

Oh Lordy - I haven't put my e-mail on either, so it could be me! I'll go back and do it this evening! Apologies in advance if it is me! By the way - is there any way of adding a village to the site that isn't on there? I've tried e-mailing them through their 'contact us' button, but don't know if that is the way forward. Chris |
