I had that problem after someone else in the family used the computer, - no idea what they did. Does it work if you close down and restart PC? Ancestry was playing up last night, I found. It was taking ages or else saying there was an error. All connected?? Gwyn |

Personally I don't bother logging out on either GR or Ancestry, but nobody else uses my computer. |

I always leave Ancestry logged in ,however last night don't know why but it looged itself out, despite me having been using it an hour before. When I tried to then put my username and password in ,it wouldn't accept them and I had to e-mail Ancestry and get a new password which it then accepted. It is still ok this morning. It seems funny that a few people have had similar problems the last couple of days and not just on genes, maybe Ancestry has done something. When I put my new password in I was then logged into Ancestry .com not co.uk ,so I clicked onto Ancestry uk right down at the bottom of the page and everything was back to normal. Can I just ask ,when I reply to a message or start a new message as I just have [Worms Beware] why doesn't my name have a line under it,I must be doing something wrong,I a fully paid up. Barbara |

Barbara Your name does have a line under , when WE view. It's so that we can click on it and send a link to you, .....as you can to others. You don't did that link, so it doesn't show on your own screen. Gwyn |

Thankyou both for replying,I'm not too good with computers always unsure if I'm doing things right, and never know if I have sent an e-mail correctly. Barbara |
