Click on Import & Export Tree in the green bit on the left side of this page. Then click on Export Tree, you will receive an e-mail from GR with a gedcom file of your tree attached to it, this gedcom file can be imported into any family history program. It will contain every scrap of information in your file but will not hold any photos. It can take a bit of time (sometimes a day or 2) to receive the e-mail from GR depending on how many people are in your tree. Ron www*genealogyprinters*com

Not being fully conversant in Computing, can anyone tell me how to save to disc my family tree in both GR and Ancestry. Sorry to be so so dim, have never saved anything to disc before.
