looking for names of evening papers in Reading,196

hi I am trying to find out the names of the local evening echo/news/ paper for Reading,i am after one that has a birth death marriage section,thanks ,kev

If you ring the Reading library, they should have all local papers on microfilm. This is the address:- Reading Central Library Abbey Square Reading, RG1 3BQ 0118 901 5950 Kath. x

Hi Kev It was the Reading Standard, found it on this website http://www.readinglibraries.org.uk/services/newspapers/localnews.htm Regards Kathy
