Hi Darren From what I looked up yesterday, the Late Henry christened 1835 was the child of the Henry and Maria that you are looking for but I could find anything else for them listed. Claire |

Sorry i didn't make that very clear. I have a Henry Tabram 1834 married a Martha Amelia Mosley, married on 5.5.1856, (marriage certificate is in the post on its way to me). Henrys parents are Henry Tabraham b c1812 Married a Maria Wells b 1809 in Chiddingfold. I want to find out more about Maria and Henry. Is HENRY CHARLES TABREHAM Christening: 21 JUN 1835 Chiddingfold, Surrey, England the same guy that married Martha? Thanks |

I have just looked back at what Claire found and realised that the Henry she has must be the son of your Maria and Henry and it is his marriage I have found. As that son was born in 1835, it was before registration started in 1837, so you will only find the parents marriage in the parish records, but that will not give you his parents name. Where did you get the marriage from? I can only see Henry Tabraham Year of Registration: 1856 Quarter of Registration: Apr-May-Jun District: Bethnal Green County: Greater London, London, Middlesex Volume: 1c Page: 592 but the two women on the page are Martha Mosely or Sarah Norris. There is no Maria Wells. This result was only from the quick serch, I haven't waded through the complete images. It may be that he married Maria later, but your replies only give minimal information.so it is very difficult to help you. When you do find what you think is his marriage, the only way to link it to the christening is for you to buy the marriage certificate. This will give his fathers name and occupation. Linda |

Thanks Clare This is what I want to confirm, that the Henry Tabreham christened in Chiddingfold is the same one that married Maria Wells in Bethnal Green. |

Hi Darren Probably obvious but did you try googling Tabraham+genealogy. I would have thought with the surname (well I've not heard of it before!) being unusual you may get some luck. Claire |
