Found my Great Great Grandads will . Enquired to the LMA how to get it and they sent me an email with the charges and said to fill out the attached form and send with the cheque...BUT... the attachment will not open to let me print the form........ Any suggestions please......Linda

Hi Linda What format it the attachment in? You can tell by the last three letters of the attachment, it shoud end .doc or .pdf or something like that. Sam x

The form is inside a ZIP file. You need WINZIP (often available free) to open the ZIP file and get at the compressed file inside it.

If you google FREE WINZIP there are lots of sites where you can get it free, even if only on a trial period, which should be enough just to open the files you have. Sam x

WINZIP encourages you to pay for it but you can carry on using it without paying.

Thats true, I've had my WINZIP trial version for ages and still using it.
