Are they with the census returns as usual on ancestry or are they separate? Nicola

Hi Nicola, they should be able to view on Ancestry, as well as workhouses and asylums, Regards

Hi Nicola, Yes is the short answer, as a normal census return. Bye Paul

I had a rellie in hospital in 1881 - found him on familysearch through the usual name search. The hospital was listed just like other dwellings but it detailed who was a patient and who was staff. I would imagine it is the same on other sites. It's really frustrating having a rellie in hospital as you miss out on family details! Hope you find who you are looking for. Kate
