Can any one help I think my uncle 84yrs old may be in a local home.He may well be my last link to paternal family, any ideas how I would find him?

just an idea but perhaps fone the homes in your area and ask if they have a resident by your uncles name and tell them that you will be visiting him in the near future,id also ask his state of mind and health as he may not remember you bacardi xxxx

Social Services local to his area may have him on their list of clients etc. Whether they are prepared to help you will depend how close you are to being his next of kin.

Have you tried searching on the B4U website, it shows names and addresses from recent ( not current though) electoral roles. It doesn't give the info for free for all area - but it does for some. Failing that some people on here have electoral role disks and may look for you. Good luck Jo
