Kerry (just before I go to bed) - can you confirm whether Sidney is his surname and Blackburn the district, or Sidney is his middle name and Blackburn his surname? If you can't find his birth registration, try the next few quarters too in case you have been given duff info, and also is it possible that he was registered under a different surname or a different spelling of it? Can anyone help I'm looking for the birth record for a Charles Sidney Blackburn b 1923 c But i've looked around but can't seem to find his birth registered. Anyone know why? Many thanks Kerry |
