I've just installed the latest Norton on my system and the first time I went to a website I got the same message. Don't click okay click the bit that says select home page instead, select your homepage, click Apply then okay once you do this problem solved. Carol www*genealogyprinters*com |

Came back from hol last week to a completely defunct computer. Had to restore it to new (boo hoo). Had Norton security 2006 on which I lost - got in touch with Symantec who guided me through downloading it again BUT couldn't configure firewall so couldn't get on half the sites I wanted - more importantly (in their eyes) neither could the kids! Got back in touch with Symantec who gave loads of help - but eventually had to unistall & reinstall. Done that - firewall working properly but now whenever I change to a different site - or even to a different board on here I get the message box up saying Norton has blocked a change to my home page - I am fed up of clicking 'OK'. Sorry it is so long - anybody know what to do? |
